Bearing Tools for Extraction & Installation of Frame Pivot Bearings

I’ve designed this tool specifically for fitting Full Suspension Bicycle Frame Pivot & linkage Bearings. It can also be used to fit wheel hub bearings by using the longer threaded rod supplied. The presses & extractors have been designed & manufactured in the UK from high quality CNC aluminium which has been colour anodised for extra durability. The threaded rods, stud bolts & washers are manufactured from Zinc Plated Steel.

There are 2 x Steel M8 (8mm) threaded rods included, see budget tool below. Rod lengths are 100mm, 200mm. These should work for most frames, linkages.

These tools have been developed following extensive testing in my professional cycle workshop. 

The picture is a generic one of what the tools look like. They are not an indication of the quantity & sizes that you will receive in the kit that is specific for your model of bike.

This consists of:-

1 x M8 x 100mm Threaded Rod

1 x M8 x 200mm Threaded Rod

2 x M8 Stud Connector Bolts (13mm Spanner Fit)

2 x M8 x 40mm OD Washer

2 x M8 x 25mm OD Washer

Universal Bottom Bracket Tool

Handles + Full Set Drifts - Pro Press Handles + (2 x BB30), (2 x DUB), (2 x 24mm Shimano), (2 x MR24377), (2 x 6805), (1 x MR22377)

Please Note: This tool has been designed for a competent mechanic with a good knowledge of working on bikes. It may not be suitable for the extraction & fitting of bearings to every model of bike currently on the market. Some bearings may require specialist pulling tools to remove them & some linkages/frame may have limited access to use this tool successfully. This may require the use of a bearing drift to remove certain bearings. I do not include any bearing drifts/punches in my kits
